Recent and Current Projects

Lower Hudson Regional Information Center (LHRIC) - Videoconferencing Network

The Myers Group is providing consulting and design services for a 21-site videoconferencing network in Rockland County connecting schools, libraries, teacher centers, BOCES and county government facilities. The Myers Group developed equipment designs and specifications for H.320 and H.323 endpoints, as well as the central site MCU, gateway, and management systems.

State University Construction Fund (SUCF) - Videoconferencing and Presentation Systems

The Myers Group developed designs and specifications for an executive conference room with dual-image presentation and videoconferencing capabilities. Project also included presentation systems in several smaller conference rooms. The Myers Group coordinated all work through the project architect (Joy, McCoola and Zilch Architects & Planners).

Alfred University – Audio Visual Systems

The Myers Group is currently providing audio/visual systems design for a large library renovation/addition project. Systems include videoconferencing, presentation systems, smartboards, plasma and LCD displays, sound systems and cabling infrastructure. Work is being coordinated with Quinlivan, Pierik and Krause Architects (QPK Design).

Onondaga Community College – Audio Visual Systems

The Myers Group provided consulting, design drawings and specifications for several audiovisual systems throughout the campus including lecture halls, auditorium, executive board room, smart classrooms and a distance learning classroom.

Distance Learning / Presentation Systems

The Myers Group has recently completed and is currently designing several distance learning and audio visual systems throughout New York State including Brocton CSD, Hannibal CSD, Capital Region BOCES, Walton CSD, Chenango Valley CSD, Corinth CSD, Brushton-Moira CSD and Mechanicville CSD
