Recent and Current Projects

Marlboro Central School District – Capital Project

The Myers Group is currently providing technology design services for a $33M Capital Project. Services include development of drawings and specifications for Technology Infrastructure, Telephone Systems, Clock/PA, Intercom, Sound Systems, Security, Access Controls and CCTV. All work is being coordinated with the district architect (Einhorn, Yaffee, Prescott Architecture & Engineering).

Oneida-Herkimer-Madison (OHM) BOCES – Wide Area Network

The Myers Group developed a strategic telecommunication project for an integrated voice, data and video network. A feasibility study, detailed financial plan, network design and bid specifications for a Wide Area Network connecting 13 component school districts was provided.

  Westhill Central School District – Capital Project

The Myers Group provided technology systems design for a district-wide renovation/addition project. The Myers Group designed and developed specifications for telephone systems, network equipment and cabling infrastructure. Work was coordinated with the district architect and engineer (Ashley McGraw Architects and Sack & Associates).

Cayuga BOCES

The Myers Group developed and is currently implementing a new ATM wide-area network connecting 9 component school districts. Project includes telecom services, data networking and video (MPEG 2). Detailed financial analysis of services costs, aid, e-rate and ongoing support was provided.

Johnson City Central School District

The Myers Group recently completed work with the district’s architects and engineers (Highland Associates) to design a technology infrastructure for the new K–8 school that incorporates video conferencing, distance learning, video production, wireless portable labs, and several other technologies in support of their curriculum.
